How we process personal data under the GDPR

Our customers are legal entities. The data processed therefore mainly concerns their staff acting as professional points of contact.

No fully automated decision producing legal effects is taken, other than automated anti-fraud checks operated by our payment provider, which may result in a transaction being refused; human review may be requested at contact@nexovix.online.
No special category data within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR is collected.
For electronic prospecting between professionals, the CNIL accepts reliance on legitimate interest provided the message concerns similar products or services, the person is approached because of their role in the business, and they can object simply and free of charge to each mailing. An unsubscribe link appears in every message we send.
No data is sold or rented to third parties.
Our processing takes place within the European Union. Should a processor transfer data to a third country, that transfer would be governed by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by standard contractual clauses, together with any necessary supplementary measures. The list of processors concerned is available on request at contact@nexovix.online.
End-to-end TLS encryption across the site, named access control to management tools, access logging, regular backups and environment segregation. Payment is processed in a PCI-DSS compliant environment by our provider.
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to give directions concerning your data after your death.
Exercise these rights at contact@nexovix.online, or by post to Grande Rue, 54230 Chaligny, France, providing proof of identity. We reply within one month, extendable by two months for complex requests.
The right to erasure does not apply to data whose retention is required by law, in particular accounting records kept for 10 years.
